Mighty Jaxx's XXRAY DC Comics Wave 1

As you all may know, we have been appointed as the sole distributor for Mighty Jaxx's XXRAY line of products. So in conjunction of the announcement, we have decided to dedicate this week's Unboxing Sunday to review some of the products we have received. Without further ado, let's get this post started! :)

Wave 1 of the Mighty Jaxx's DC Comics Dissected Vinyl Art Figures consist of the DC's trinity, the top 3 most popular characters in the DC Universe; Batman, Wonder Woman & Superman. 

Let's take a look at the packaging of this latest line of collectibles in the Malaysian market, the XXRAY Products where the packaging of these vinyl art figures are in clear packaging. The logo of DC Comics & Justice League America can be seen on the top part of the front packaging as well as individual number of the vinyl art figures. When it comes to the number of the art figures, Batman is numbered as 01, Wonder Woman as 02 & Superman as 03 in the first wave of Mighty Jaxx's DC Comics XXRAY Products. 

Apart from the above, the XXRAY logo can be seen on the top part of the packaging as well as the bottom of one side of the packaging. On the same side that has the XXRAY logo, each of the characters' signature symbol can also be seen at the center. 

Now that we have a brief details of the packaging, let's review on the individual vinyl art figures of Mighty Jaxx's Wave 1 of DC Comics XXRAY products where the size of this figures are half of your palm, approximately 4 inches in height.

As we all know by now, the concept of the XXRAY products features dissected parts in full colour & it gives collectors out there the gift of X-Ray vision on their favourite characters. DC's trinity of Batman, Wonder Woman & Superman all has their individual dissected part on the left side of their body where collectors can have a look at Batman, Wonder Woman & Superman's skull, bones as well as their organs. On the other part of the dissected vinyl art figures will be the outside body of the characters that all of us are accustomed to. 

First up, we have Batman which weighs at 45 grams & has a grey Batsuit where his cowl that covers the upper half of his face, cape & boots are in black in colour. Half of Batman's logo can be seen on his chest as well as half of his utility belt which is in the classic yellow can be seen. Batman's batsuit is detailed to the extent where it does not look like an ordinary batsuit but it has lines surrounding his arms, chests, abdomen as well as his thighs & cape.

Next up is Wonder Woman that weighs lighter than Batman at 35 grams. Diana aka Wonder Woman has her long hair even though half of her body is dissected in X-Ray vision similar to Batman where the inside body of this superhero can be seen.

Wonder Woman is holding her Lasso of Truth on her right hand where this weapon is not removable from the figure. In the DC Universe, Lasso of Truth is a weapon that forces anyone that it captures to obey & tell the truth to Wonder Woman. Also, Wonder Woman has her signature suit on the other half of her body that features her tiara, five-pointed star symbols, breastplate & her indestructible Bracelets of Submission. The Bracelets of Submission is often used by Wonder Woman to deflect gunfire, missiles & other projected weapons that are aimed at her.

Finally, we have Superman which is the heaviest vinyl art figure among the first wave of Mighty Jaxx's DC Comics XXRAY Products where it weighs at 58.5 grams & has a similar height with Batman & Wonder Woman at approximately 4 inches. We all know that Superman can see through walls as well as having X-Ray vision as part of his superhero abilities so now is the time for the collectors to have this X-Ray vision abilities & have a view on what is inside the Man of Steel.

Superman has a side parting thick hair where half his face, body & legs are dissected similar with Batman & Wonder Woman which means you are able to see the skull, bones & organs of these figures. Apart from his signature red & blue suit, his chest has a half Superman symbol where else his cape has a full Superman symbol on it. Similar to the Batman vinyl art figure, Superman's costume has lines surrounding his arms, chests, abdomen as well as his thighs & cape.
